What items are returnable?

• Within 30 days of your original purchase date
• In original condition. Unwashed and Unworn
• Must have original Salty Traditions Tag still attached**
• All custom order sales are final. 
• Underwear (Consons') are non returnable

What items are non-refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items
• Underwear (Consons')

Are there any charges for return?

• There is no charges for returns
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Buy with confidence (You will ship the size item back to us and we ship the new size back to you)

How do I return the item?

• Enter your information in the above form to start the return process.
• Provide a description of why you are returning the item.
• We will respond to your return request when we receive it with further instructions.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
